BAPTISM COMES FROM THE GREEK WORD ‘BAPTIZŌ’ WHICH MEANS TO SUBMERGE UNDER WATER.

At Judah, we believe baptism was modeled by Jesus for all believers. It is a public declaration of faith and trust in Christ for both salvation and sanctification. Through baptism, we symbolize the burial of our old life with Christ and the raising of a new life in Him. This act represents a present spiritual reality for every believer and also points forward to the future hope we have when Jesus returns.
